The following organisations rescue cats and other animals and arrange adoptions to suitable homes. They each have their own selection procedures. Hula Animal Rescue - Home for unwanted and lost animals providing refuge and care to unwanted domestic animals, until suitable homes can be found. Aspley Guise, Bedfordshire, close to Milton Keynes, Bucks.
Blue Cross - Always seeking new homes for cats, dogs and other animals.
Cats Protection - A national charity, with local branches that are always seeking suitable families to adopt needy cats.
Wood Green Animal Shelter - Rehoming centres in Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and London.
